Paul L. Visser (1961), attorney at law, is a member of the Real Estate practice group and heads the tenancy law section. He specialises in tenancy law for industrial property, real estate transactions, long-term lease and warranties. He has broad experience in tenancy law matters regarding several large and complex transactions some of which are regarded the largest in the Netherlands. He has worked at a leading law firm where he practised in the same legal areas. He litigates regularly in real estate law-related matters.

Paul has lectured on tenancy law as part of the Estate Agent study programme and of the Bar Association. He is a regular contributor to the Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte periodical and has published articles on industrial property tenancy law and ground lease sale and purchase. He speaks regularly on tenancy law-related subjects at seminars.
