Pien van Veersen (1978), attorney, is a member of the Corporate practice group. She specialises in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border leveraged buyouts and public takeover bids. She also has experience in corporate litigation, inter alia regarding M&A disputes, squeeze-out proceedings and disputes between shareholders. She worked several years at the London office.

Pien is a member of the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association and the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA).
