Susanne Sikkema (1979), attorney at law, is a member of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group. She specialises in employment-related topics, such as outsourcing, transfer of undertaking, drafting and reviewing of employment contracts, consultancy contracts and contracts for managing directors. She also has broad experience in individual/collective dismissals, reorganisations, non-competition issues, works councils, negotiations regarding social plans, employment conditions etc. and litigation.
 
Susanne is a member of the Netherlands Association of Employment Lawyers (VAAN) and the Rotterdam Association of Employment Lawyers (VRAA).
