Michiel F.D. Schul (1981), tax adviser, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in international tax. He advises multinationals, financial institutions and (private equity) funds on corporate income tax and dividend tax aspects on issues in international (re)structuring and financial products. Prior to moving to the New York office, he taught tax law at the Law Firm School. Michiel is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).

Michiel is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). Michiel is a frequent speaker at seminars on topics of international tax planning.
