M. Thies Sanders (1962), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He provides tax-related advice in spin-off, buyout, group financing companies, venture capital funds, and export construction cases. Thies is a member of the tax litigation team and has been involved in various cases in respect of Dutch tax law and EU law.
 
Thies is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Dutch Association for Tax Law.
