Elisabeth Reinard is the practice coordinator of the corporate group and practices corporate finance and general commercial law with an emphasis on private equity and venture capital transactions.

Elisabeth was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 1999. Furthermore, she is a candidate-notary in Luxembourg.

Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in 2003, Elisabeth practised in another major Luxembourg business law firm, in a Luxembourg general practitioner’s law office and in a notarial office.
