Judith Raijmakers, attorney, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group.
She specialises in banking and finance law and acts for lenders, borrowers, equity funds and sponsors in various types of cross-border finance transactions, including acquisition financing, debt (re)structurings, project financing, asset financing and corporate restructurings. She also advises on regulatory law related to banks and financial professionals.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff, Avocats à la Cour, Judith worked for 8 years in the Amsterdam and Paris offices of a major global law firm.
Judith was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 2000 and to List IV of the Luxembourg Bar in 2009.
