Gerton H. Rademaker (1966), tax lawyer, is a member of the VAT, customs and international trade and Real Estate practice groups. He specialises in real property and advises real estate funds, property developers, municipalities and housing corporations on VAT and real estate transfer tax. He was a member of a special team studying VAT and transfer tax in the EU.

Gerton publishes on a regular basis about real estate, VAT and transfer tax and is the author of 'PropertyNL Tax Special'.
