Kees van Raad (1946) specialises in international tax law and EC tax law. He is professor of law at the University of Leiden, a member of the Global Law Faculty of New York University Law School, a permanent visiting professor at the Peking University Law School in China, and Chairman of the International Tax Center Leiden (Adv LLM in International Tax Law). He serves as a deputy judge in the Tax Court of 's-Hertogenbosch. Furthermore, he is chairman of the board of the European Association of Tax Law Professors. He has been of counsel to Loyens & Loeff since 1986.
