Guido Portier (1970), is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. He specialises in restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate and pension fund governance. In addition, he has broad experience advising with respect to international finance and capital markets transactions.

Guido is a member of the Trade Law Association (Vereeniging Handelsrecht), the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
