Bas Pijnaker (1977), tax adviser, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in advising privately held medium- to large-sized companies on business as well as on private matters. He also advises high-net-worth individuals. His areas of interest include business succession, corporate restructuring and optimalisation of fiscal structures.

Bas is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors and the Association for Tax Research. He publishes in the tax journal FED and shares responsibilty for article-based comments on dividend tax in the NDFR database.
