Martien Pelinck (1967), attorney-at-law, is employed within Loyens & Loeff's general tax practice. He specialises in tax litigation, including civil law and criminal cases that involve tax issues. Martien teaches tax law at the University of Amsterdam and is a regular contributor to legal journals.
