Jasper M. Neefe (1972), attorney at law, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group. He specialises in environmental law, spatial planning and other administrative law matters, such as subsidies, unlawful government acts and compensation for loss resulting from government decisions. He has worked as an attorney in The Hague, Willemstad (Curaçao) and Amersfoort before joining Loyens & Loeff.

Jasper is a member of the Association of Environmental Law Attorneys and a former substitute judge in the District Court of Arnhem.
