Wim R.M. Nan (1958), tax lawyer and attorney, is a member of the Tax practice group. His tax practice serves an impressively wide range of corporate and individual clients, such as managing directors and majority shareholders, high-net-worth individuals and family offices. He advises professional sportsmen and sport-related organisations on domestic and international tax issues.

Other clients of his include international organisations and multinationals operating in the Netherlands, whom he assists with tax aspects ranging from regular corporate income tax positions to reorganisations and M&A. He also deals with the tax aspects related to the corporate structure of professional service organisations, such as law offices and management consultants. He has many years experience advising oil and gas production companies and handling tax litigation and regulatory disputes. He worked at the New York office for two years.

 

 

Wim is a member of the Amsterdam Bar Association, the Legal Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), and has various responsibilities within the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
