Jurjen Mos (1973), candidate civil law notary. Jurjen has been working with the Corporate Law Practice of the Rotterdam Offfice since 2000 and is a member of Loyens & Loeff corporate law team and corporate governance team. He assists a wide range of Dutch and international clients, focussing on corporate governance, public and private offerings and corporate law compliance for (publicly listed) companies and trust offices of (publicly listed) companies. Jurjen also acts as corporate secretary for (listed) companies and trust offices thereof. In 2004, he was assigned for four months to the New York office of a related US firm.
