Michaël Meylan (1976) is a senior associate who joined the corporate department of Loyens & Loeff in Paris in 2004 and in Luxembourg in 2006.

He specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and transactional business law. Michaël is admitted to the Lyon bar (2001) and to the Paris bar (2004). Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, he acquired three years of corporate law, merger and acquisitions and contractual law experience in a reputable French law firm.
