Manfred Dietrich (1971) joined the investment management department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg as a senior associate in March 2010.

He specialises in setting up investment funds and vehicles advising domestic and foreign clients in matters relating to the structuring, including related contractual matters, and operation of Luxembourg investment funds and vehicles.

Manfred is a member of the private equity AIFM directive working group within ALFI, the Luxembourg Investment Funds Association.

He was admitted to practice as Rechtsanwalt from 2000 to 2003 and since 2010. Before joining Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in 2010, he acquired six years of investment fund and company experience working for the Luxembourg fund industry heading investment fund engineering and administration departments. Before this he worked from 2001 to 2003 in the investment management department of Arendt including a four months internship in the associated law firm Dillon Eustace in Dublin.
