Marco J. de Lignie (1964), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group and is head of the Private Equity team. He is specialised in all tax aspects of fund formation and acts frequently as tax counsel in buyout and venture capital transactions. He also acts as tax counsel in M&A, corporate restructuring, and structured finance transactions, with special focus on US, UK, and Dutch multinational groups.
Marco is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the EVCA tax & legal committee.
