Frank L. Leijdesdorff (1963), attorney at law, is a member of the Corporate practice group. He specialises in (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions and has broad expertise in both public and private M&A transactions frequently representing foreign investors. He has advised a range of companies on compliance with corporate governance rules. He is a member of the firm's corporate and financial restructuring team. Frank has worked in the firm's New York office and headed the corporate practice in the London office between 2006 and 2010.
