Laurens Terpstra (1979), attorney at law, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group. He specialises in (European) procurement and competition law and advises government authorities and market parties in these fields. He acts on behalf of clients in civil and administrative law proceedings. He has experience in project development, waste management and serving the utilities sector.

Laurens regularly lectures on (European) procurement law. He is an editor of the Rechtspraak Vastgoedrecht periodical and writes articles for Kluwer’s Module Aanbesteding. He is a member of the Dutch Association for Procurement Law.
