Edward de Lange (1970), attorney at law, is a member of the Technology, Media and Litigation practice group. He specialises in drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT contracts, advising on the legal implications of outsourcing transactions, and advising on and litigating in IT disputes. He also advises on IT-related law and legislation, including copyrights, e-commerce and protection of personal data and privacy. He has worked at other law firms and at an IT consultancy.
Edward is coauthor of “Juridische Aspecten van de Informatievoorziening” (Academic Service, 2002), publishes articles regularly and lectures on IT law. He is a member of the Netherlands Association of Computer Lawyers (VIRA) and the Netherlands Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR).
