Hetty J. Kuiper, candidate civil law notary, is a member of the Real Estate practice. She specialises in commercial real estate, including complex real estate transactions, project development, individual unit sale projects, apartment division, financing, leasehold and building constructions and park management. She has broad experience in notarial consultancy and has worked in the notarial profession since 1991.
