Nelleke Krol (1966), attorney at law, is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. She advises both listed and privately held companies regarding corporate law, specialising in corporate reporting and capital market transactions.
Nelleke is a member of the Euronext Committee for Listings and the Association for Securities Law. She also participates in the project team of Holland Financial Centre regarding the “IPO Roadmap to the Netherlands”. In addition to being a lecturer in the Grotius course, she is active in other post-academic education and is the author of various publications, including a periodical on corporate reporting.
