Gianluca Kreuze (1974), attorney at law, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group. He advises lenders, borrowers and "originators" with structuring and documenting financing transactions. Gianluca is specialised in real estate financing, ship financing, aviation financing, rolling stock financing, project financing and other forms of asset and limited recourse financing. He also focuses on leveraged financing. Gianluca worked at the Loyens & Loeff office in London where he was mainly working on structured finance transactions.
