Herman L. Kaemingk (1967), attorney at law, is a partner in the Amsterdam department of the Corporate Law practice group. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, in particular in management- and leveraged buyouts. His clients include private equity houses, venture capital investors, management teams, institutional investors, financial institutions and industrial and technology companies.

Herman is a frequent speaker on management- and leveraged buyouts and publishes articles on these topics. He received the award for 'Best M&A Lawyer Midmarket' in the Netherlands in 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
