Freek Jonkhart (1956), attorney, is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. He mainly specialises in mergers and acquisitions. He has broad experience in business law, including silent auctions, joint ventures, cross-border acquisitions and corporate governance. He advises clients of various sizes, particularly in cross-border transactions. He regularly acts as lead counsel for leading transactions in the Dutch market.
Freek has contributed to various publications by the Committee on Negotiated Acquisitions of the American Bar Association.
