Claudia Janssen (1972), attorney at law, is a member of the Technology, media and litigation practice group. She specialises in advising and litigating on matters concerning commercial law and construction and engineering (for example, real estate, on-shore and off-shore facilities, office and apartment buildings, waste incineration, biodiesel production, oil & gas, power generation, ships, manufacturing and chemical processes). She has experience in the full range of cases, including arbitral proceedings on commercial and technical disputes. Her advisory practice covers construction and engineering projects, commercial contracts, general conditions and distribution networks.

Claudia is a member of the Association for Construction Law, the Association for Construction Law Attorneys and the Dutch Assocation for Procedural Law.
