Sietske van 't Hooft (1980), attorney at law, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group. She specialises in banking law and secured lending, with a focus on acquisition finance, project finance and asset finance. She advises banks, financial institutions and corporate clients in domestic and international finance transactions. Sietske also has experience in the field of corporate law.

Sietske is admitted to the bar of Amsterdam, the Netherlands and the bar of New York State. She is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).
