Harmen Holtrop (1971), attorney at law, is a member of the Corporate practice group. He has a transaction-related practice, focusing on assistance to private equity houses and management teams in management- and leveraged buyouts and financing rounds. He is also experienced in mergers and acquisitions. He worked at a large US law firm in New York for nine months in 2004.
