François Hoenjet (1968), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He advises clients on Dutch corporate income tax and dividend tax, focussing primarily on participation exemptions and the fiscal unity regime, acquisition structures and management buyouts. François is editor of the EU Tax Alert.
