Bas van Halder (1981), attorney at law, is a member of the Banking and Finance and Corporate practice groups. He has extensive experience in securitisations, structured finance transactions, project finance, corporate law and insolvency law. Bas worked at our Tokyo office and is a member of the Japan Desk. He has experience advising clients on structured transactions that are Japan-oriented as well as those for other Asian countries.

Bas is a member of the Amsterdam Bar Association in the Netherlands. He is furthermore a member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
