Xavier Guzman is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance Department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg.
Xavier Guzman specialises in cross-border banking and finance work, including financing and secured lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance, as well as insolvency and restructuring work.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff in 2008, he started his professional experience in the corporate department of a French law firm in Hong Kong and worked for a major Anglo-Saxon law firm in Luxembourg.
Xavier is a member of the Luxembourg bar since 2008.
