Jan Maarten Gerretsen (1965), attorney at law, is a member of the Real Estate practice group. He specialises in commercial real estate and, in particular, in project development, public-private partnerships, and real estate transactions.
Jan Maarten is a lecturer for the Association of Construction Law Attorneys ('Vereniging voor Bouwrecht-advocaten') and a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA). He has written various publications on real estate and partnerships.
