Alexander D. Fortuin (1982), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in advising multinationals, investment funds, private equity funds, pension funds, REITs and banks on corporate income tax, dividend tax and tax treaty application matters. He also focuses on cross-border real estate investments. Alexander is a member of the German Desk.

He has broad experience in European tax law and is a member of the European tax law team of Loyens & Loeff. He assists clients in safeguarding their EC Law rights and is involved in a number of claims and proceedings across Europe in this respect. He has published various articles in the field of European tax law.

Alexander is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
