Roel Fluit  (1982), attorney at law, is a member of the Corporate practice group. He specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. In addition, he assists and structures management buyouts, leveraged buyouts and private equity transactions. Prior to joining the Corporate Law practice group, Roel was a member of the Banking & Finance practice group where he worked on all types of specialised financial transactions, ranging from asset finance to public and private debt issues, and, in particular, with a focus on securitisations (for all types of assets) and structured finance transactions.
