Ralph Ferouge, tax adviser, is a member of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group. He specialises in disputes with the tax authorities concerning wage tax and social security issues and if necessary contest tax claims in court. His focus is on tax chain liability, director's tax liability and the tax implications regarding the use of management agreements and freelance contracts.
