Dinah Elzinga (1980), attorney at law, is a member of the Technology, Media & Litigation practice group. She specialises in intellectual property law, privacy/data protection law and commercial law. She advises and litigates with respect to the legal aspects of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, trade names, domain names and copyrights, licenses and commercial contracts, including distribution, franchising and agency contracts. Furthermore, she advises with regard to data protection law.
Dinah is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the Benelux Association for trademark and design law (Benelux Vereniging voor Merken- en Modellenrecht) and the Privacy Law Association. She has published in the Benelux professional journal BMM Bulletin and in the professional journal Vennootschap & Onderneming.
