Gerco C. van Eck (1966), civil law notary, is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. He advises national and international companies in the setting up of international structures and on reorganisations, according to the appropiate different tax regimes. He also advises on among others (international) (legal) mergers and splittings.

Gerco is a lecturer at the CPO Legal Education for Professionals, Radboud University of Nijmegen.
