Aleid Doodeheefver (1966), attorney at law, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group. She specialises in financial markets regulation in relation to investment products, asset management and other investment services, and investment advice. She focuses in particular on the structuring and restructuring of regulated (retail) and non-regulated (e.g., venture capital, real estate and buyout) schemes for collective investment and asset pooling.
