Nico van Dijk (1960), tax lawyer, is a member of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group. He specialises in cross-border social security (expats). He advises employers – and their employees – on all aspects of social security for international assignments outbound from the Netherlands to another country as well as inbound to the Netherlands. He deals with residence permits and work permits for employers as well as employees, especially for highly skilled immigrant workers and knowledge migrants.
