Noortje Crouwers (1976), candidate civil law notary, is a member of the Corporate practice group. She specialises in advising national and international corporations on issues such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, management buyouts and buyins, corporate governance, corporate structures and corporate reorganisations. She also has experience in advising corporations on demergers and spin-offs.

Noortje is a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Notaries.
