Menso Brouwer (1979), candidate civil law notary, is a member of the M&A, Corporate and Private Equity practice groups. He specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, international and national joint ventures and private equity. He also has experience in (re-)financingtransactions and structured finance. Menso was a member of the Real Estate practice group until 2007 and has acted as legal adviser to a variety of international real estate investors.
