Ernst ter Braak (1977), candidate civil law notary, is a member of the Corporate practice group. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings, including migrations, cross-border legal mergers and demergers and conversions.

Ernst is a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil Law Notaries (KNB).
