Michiel H.W. Boeren (1977), tax adviser, is a member of the Tax practice group of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg since September 2008. Michiel has worked for the Eindhoven, Rotterdam and Singapore offices of Loyens & Loeff and specialises in advising multinational clients on cross-border transactions and group restructurings with a particular focus on the Benelux countries and South East Asia (including China).
