Arco C.P. Bobeldijk (1973), tax lawyer, is a member of the general Tax practice group. He mainly advises domestic and foreign-listed firms, as well as privately owned companies, on mergers and acquisitions and corporate structure. In the case of privately owned companies, he is involved in advising the shareholders. He is a member of the Corporate restructuring & Insolvency team and advises clients on (financial) restructuring. He also focuses on transactions between the Netherlands and Iceland, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Arco is a professor of Corporate Tax at the Nyenrode Business University. He speaks regularly at seminars, has written numerous articles, and is a regular contributor to two leading Dutch (fiscal) publications.
