Jorn C. van Beckhoven (1976), attorney at law, is a member of the Technology, Media & Litigation practice group. He specialises in advising and litigating with respect to the legal aspects of commercial contracts (including sale and purchase, agency, distribution, franchising and IT contracts), intellectual property rights (including trademarks, trade names, domain names, patents and copyrights), licenses and general terms and conditions (drafting, reviewing and implementation thereof). He has broad experience in a full range of cases in these areas. Due to his technical background (mechanical engineering, Delft University of Technology), he is especially interested in technically related matters. He is a member of the German Desk and worked at our office in Frankfurt am Main for two years, where he gained broad experience in German-Dutch trade relations.

Jorn is a member of the Deutsch-Niederländische Rechtsanwaltsvereinigung , the Dutch Association of Commercial Law (Vereeniging voor Handelsrecht) , and the Association of Art and Culture Law.
