Bart le Blanc (1973), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in international taxation issues arising from cross-border M&A transactions and corporate restructurings, and provides corporate income tax and dividend tax advice on investing in or acquiring companies by or through Benelux entities. He focuses on providing tax advice relating to structuring investments – both inbound and outbound – in and from Brazil, Russia, India and China (the BRIC countries) and drafting and negotiating tax clauses in M&A transaction documents.

Bart is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors and the Dutch Foundation for Tax Sciences. He publishes regularly on M&A-related topics.
