Loyens & Loeff has published a news flash in Dutch concerning the widening of the Crisis and Recovery Act. On 31 March 2010, the Crisis and Recovery Act (Chw) came into force. This Act provides for particular areas or projects, as specified in governmental decrees (AMvB), to still be covered within the scope of the law. It supplements the currently existing scope of projects covered by law. The Act can directly or indirectly affect (fast-track) construction and infrastructure projects in which you are involved. The draft decision providing the first tranche of designated areas and projects is now available for inspection.
