International transfer pricing journal, november/december 2002. This decision has put an end to a conflict that began in 1988 with a branch investigation. Although this decision involves an importer it is important for all the companies that are engaged in transactions with related parties outside the Netherlands. The role of the lower court and the practical consequences are discussed.
