Peter Adriaansen (35), tax adviser

Peter Adriaansen is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in international tax consultancy relating to holding activities, financing, mergers, joint ventures and takeovers. He also advises family offices.

Gianluca Kreuze (35), attorney
Amsterdam office, since 2000
Gianluca Kreuze is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group. He specialises in structuring and documenting financing transactions.

Joep Ottervanger (37), attorney
Amsterdam office, since 1999
Joep Ottervanger is a member of the Corporate practice group. He specialises in fund formation and investment management in the broadest sense. He represents fund managers and banks when setting up different types of private equity/alternative investment funds. He also advises institutional investors, investment funds and other corporate clients on their investments.
